- The hotel entrance is beautiful and elegant. Reminded me of high end hotel or ryokan. - The staffs are very warm, friendly and welcoming. Even the housekeepers will greet you with smile if they encounter you in the hallway. - The location is perfect. Just minutes away from bus stop and tram to Nagasaki Station, and access to many major attractions, though it will take 15-20 mins if you want to walk to Nagasaki Station. - Chinatown and Dejima Wharf is a short walk away, even the famous Glover Garden is a pleasant 15 mins walk. - The room is small but functional and comfy. - Plenty of convenient stores and places to eat around the restaurant.

We were in a great location. The washer and dryers were readily available and free. The onsen was both inside and outside for the women. The breakfast was reasonably priced and had excellent variety. I thought the staff was excellent and helpful. When we didn’t like the configuration of the room, Yusaku Inoue was very helpful to change our room. When I couldn’t check in for our flight to Okinawa the next morning, Chen asked if he could do it for me and made sure our taxi was ordered to get us to the airport on time. The manager even came out when my husband asked to see him. We would definitely stay there again.

The staff was friendly and polite. The room was really clean and the inside of the whole hotel looks new. It had a small fridge (I think it's more suited for drinks rather than food) and a microwave too, despite it not being a large room. Although relatively small, it didn't feel cramped at all. There is a public bath. I didn't go but if I come here again I want to try it! If you pull the window blind down it lets no light in, so you can sleep soundly even after sunrise. Remotely controlled air conditioner so you can set your preferred temperature yourself.

I travelled for work and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The room was clean, all amenities worked well, breakfast was generous, and the staff were without exception lovely. I didn't make use of the baths on the top floor. I would also like to make mention of the front desk staff who went out of their way to try and help when I lost my passport. They made phone/calls on my behalf and secured me all the information I needed to speak with the consulate etc. A big thank you again.

This hotel was great, the staff were very friendly, they offer free coffee and green tea in the lobby, the room and bathroom were very modern and clean, the location was also great and right next to tram stops and the canal, great for walks. The price was also good! There’s a nice bar in the building too, and the gelato they sell was really nice (I’d recommend the castella flavour which is Nagasaki’s speciality cake). The decor in the lobby and ground floor was also nice.
